We are incredibly fortunate to have some incredible crafters and makers in and around Shropshire, making it an absolute delight to put together this Christmas Fair for visitors to enjoy.
Naturally, there is only ever a finite amount of space in a venue of this nature so we cannot always offer a space to every applicant. We therefore invite interested stallholders to submit an application which is subject to a selection committee. Selection is done on a number of factors; availability of stalls, diversity of products across the event and distance in order to support local makers as much as we can. We absolutely welcome back previous stallholders but we endeavour to also invite new makers to keep the selection of wares on offer varied year on year.
PRICING:
Prices are for a single, trestle sized (6ft), table - this is supplied by the organisers.
GROUND FLOOR: £35.00 - it is only possible to book a single table on the Ground Floor
FIRST FLOOR: £25.00 - This is to acknowledge the additional effort, there is no lift in the building. (Please do not request this option if you have any mobility issues) It is possible to book a double table on the First Floor
EXTERNAL FOOD PITCH: £60.00
EXTERNAL STALL PITCH: £25.00 - These are limited and only offered to stallholders with products which will suit being outside
HOW IT WORKS:
Once your completed application has been received, it will be reviewed by the selection committee and you will be informed, no later than mid September, whether or not your application was successful. Successful applicants will be issued a Stallholder Agreement containing all T&Cs to be signed and returned. Invoices will then be issued with payment instructions. A stall booking is not complete until payment has been received.
